Everyone has been wondering what really started Chris Brown's fight with Drake, and now one witness says she has the asnwer. Famous model Ingrid Gutierrez from Brooklyn was partying at the club, and got invited to join Chris Brown's VIP table soon before the fight started, so she had a first row seat for all the action.

According to her, it was Drake hwo instigated the fight after Chris Brown tried to be nice and send Drake's table some champagne, but Drake responded by sending a nasty, taunting note back to Chris Brown.. Ingrid Gutierrez arrived at W.I.P. nightclub at 3 am Thursday, just wanting to have some fun. The club was so crowded, the 21-year-old became separated from her friend before she bumped into an acquaintance who was there with Chris Brown.

Everything went well until 4 am, when what seemed like a generous gesture on Brown's part turned everything on its head. The rapper, said Ingrid, asked a waitress to send a bottle of the Champagne to Drake's table. She returned with a piece of paper that Brown looked at and threw onto the floor.

Here's the video of CeeLo Green doing a controversial cover version of John Lennon's "Imagine" for New Year's Eve. Not the worst performance from Cee-Lo even if there were some struggles in the high notes. But Cee-Lo also offended some John Lennon fans by changing one of the song's key lyrics, when he changed "and no religion too" to "and all religion is true." I gotta agree it's a shame for Cee-Lo to edit Lennon's words here. I always admired how Lennon's songs can be so irresistibly loving and positive, giving them a universal appeal for any audience, while also being so cynical and subversive at times in their substance. In addition to performing the song live for the first time, she had another treat for her Indian fans, revealing for the first time some new details about her video for "Marry the Night." "Well, I can share exclusively with you that I directed this video myself. So this is my first directorial debut," she told NDTV. Until now, she has co-directed with her Haus of Gaga and her creative director Laurieann Gibson. "But it has been a wonderful experience. I worked alongside director of photography Darius Khondji, who is an absolutely amazing DP, and I worked with Gideon Ponte, who is an incredible art director," she explained. Bill Paxton set to fill the shoes of David Carradine? Or should I say the shoes of Bruce Lee? According to the Hollywood grapevine Bill Paxton will be directing a big screen remake of the classic tv show Kung Fu that as the stroy goes was originally planned to star the legendary Bruce Lee, who was reportedly the mastermind of the show, but n the end Hollywood made the safe (meaning racist?) choice and gave David Carradine the lead role. Hopefully Bill Paxton will choose someone like Jet Li or Tony Jaa for the role. Maybe Donnie Yen? Or even Stephen Chow.

Bill Paxton is in talks to direct Kung Fu, a screen adaptation of the classic 1972 TV series that starred David Carradine. Paxton, who's coming off a run in the HBO series Big Love, gets the job after helming two solid films: Frailty and The Greatest Game Ever Played. John McLaughlin will write the script. The film's being put together under the Legendary Entertainment banner to shoot partly in China next summer. It is possible that this will come under Legendary East, the Hong Kong-based joint venture that involves Thomas Tull's Legendary, but insiders said that hasn't happened to this point.

Actor Hugh Grant, known for films such as "Notting Hill" and "Bridget Jones's Diary," has welcomed a baby girl into his life following a brief affair with an unidentified woman, his spokeswoman said on Tuesday. "I can confirm that Hugh Grant is the delighted father of a baby girl. He and the mother had a fleeting affair and while this was not planned, Hugh could not be happier or more supportive. He and the mother have discussed everything and are on very friendly terms," said Grant's spokeswoman said in an e-mail to Reuters. The identity of the mother was not disclosed, nor were the details of the couple's relationship.

As is far too often the case with these TTs, the #UglyGirlsAreNotAllowed hashtag is being used to spark a free for all of sexist jokes making fun of women and judging them for their appearance. Most of them use the tag as a setup to descrive various things "ugly girls" are not "allowed" to do. Some examples:

At age 40 years old Denise Richards, went from single mom of two to a single mom of three. Richards recently adopted a baby girl. She named her little girl, Eloise Joni. Eloise was named after Denise's mom, Joni. Sam and Lola, Richards daughters from her marriage to Charlie Sheen, helped pick the name Eloise. Richards has full custody of Sam.

The big story today was the drama of Jose Baez's closing arguments in the Casey Anthony case, as you can see below.

Baez said: "I think you probably have more questions than you have answers," Baez said. "How did Caylee die? What happened to her? Those questions were never answered. That evidence was never presented." See below for video and more details.

Closing arguments for the defense were the big story today in the case of The State of Florida vs Casey Anthony, as defense attorney Jose Baez gave a long and rambling closing argument for his client, reaching for any strand of doubt he could to try and save his client from getting convicted for killing her daughter. Baez questioned the accusations that Casey simply didn't care about the child's welfare, and wanted to "go party."

Baez began the argument of his life this morning - the final argument that he hopes will save Casey Anthony's life. He thanked the jurors for their sacrifice and time to fulfill their civic duty, but said first-degree murder was not proven. Baez raised questions about people who did not smell the stench of death in Casey's car. He also threw back blame at George Anthony, again suggesting he knew something about Caylees death. "He wanted to distance himself from the situation. He knew she was dead," Baez said. If state had tracked George's comings and goings "you probably would have more answers but you don't," he added.
